Less than a minute! That is how long it will take to walk to the white sandy beach in front of the Ocean Gem Cottage. The cottage is located just behind a little dune at the water's edge of Sheep's Pond Beach, Prince Edward Island.
The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living area, den, bedroom, a full bathroom and laundry facilities in the garage
There is a small semi-secluded deck between the main house and cottage that provide privacy from the main house top deck. The evenings are special here at the cottage as the quiet of the day surrounds you and the starry sky
keeps you mesmerized with its vividness and the sound of the waves come ashore. If you are by chance staying at the cottage during a full moon take a walk along the beach as it is lit up with the moon's glow.
The beach house and cottage is but a short drive to the seaside town of Souris where you will find all your amenities; restaurants, liquor outlet, grocery stores, coffee shops, fresh fish outlets, attractions, artists, farmers markets, hospital and Doctor Clinic's. The Inn at Bay Fortune where the renowned chef “Michael Smith” offers “The Fireworks Feast”.
As you relax at the Ocean Gem cottage with the sounds of the ocean and the site of eagles soaring overhead let your worries drift away with the tides.....
